On June 14th, monks from Ka-Nying Shedrub Ling went to Swayambunath to bring two bundles of tin sheets to provide shelter for one devastated family. A single father who is mute had lost his wife due to the earthquakes and only his young son remained. Their home had also been completely destroyed.

Monks from Ka-Nying Shedrub Ling also went there to perform a fire puja for the victims and patrons there.
