Since December 2015, Rangjung Yeshe Shenpen is involved in a post-earthquake project building 55 houses.

This project is possible before of the generosity of hundreds of donors. One of them is Mr. Babu Kaji Shrestha, a devoted student of Chokyi Nyima Rinpoche, instigator of the project. While visiting the project in March 2016, Babu Kaji was impressed by the quality of the construction and the commitment of the entire community who works for many hours a day in order to build their own future homes.
